Description:
An enchanting, quirky little typewriter. Excellent build quality, but very loud (even with new rubber).
The limited feature set and the way this typewriter works, slows down typing significant. That is good, the Remette turns me into a mindful writer.
Contrary to most typewriters, diacritics are added above the last typed character, not the character that has to be typed. Hence the distinctive typebars on the right side.
Surprising discovery: typing without bell and line lock is actually no problem.

I live in The Netherlands.
Most common typewriter brands over here are Triumph/Adler, Olympia, Erika, Olivetti, Remington and Brother.
I collect and restore typewriters to learn about their design and to write with them.
