This is a Hermes 2000, made in Switzerland, sold in England as Empire Junior.
Year of manufacture according to Schramm 1962, entry "Empire Junior".
The historic return of this specimen from England to its country of production after almost 80 years was made possible with typospherian enthousiasm, solidarity, and a motor bike. Thanks!!!
