Description:
Another flea market, opening day, find. I have wanted to find one and must say that it is an interesting design. It still has a quality feel to it.
It needs to be cleaned and have a fresh ribbon installed, but it will be a nice machine to use.

I started collecting typewriters several years ago and it started with a late 1960s Smith-Corona Sterling portable that I got as a gift.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Remington 3B on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Remington Serial Number page and the Remington 3B By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
