Description:
Spring cleaning auction. Heavier than it looks, a beast getting it home.
Almost entirely functioning, all keys work, "J" slightly sticks, carriage shift, very smooth and easy
Ribbon advances as it should, ribbon advance crank works in both directions.
Very snappy action, a little surprised.
Standard Pica 10 and standard US keyboard
The paint is good, some cleaning needed.
Platen rubber very hard, rollers ok, paper will advance normally.
Plastic/resin manual paper advance knobs both sides have partially crumbled. But can be used.
Carriage fully functional, smooth, tabs work. Even the rubber feet are ok, but cracking.
This machine must have been stored in a dry place, under side looks excellent, Very light fine brown Kansas dust in the crevices on the back.
Where is the paper bail??
Crude addition of stamp pad ink onto old ribbon. Sample type page can be improved.
Don't plan using this machine, decoration only

Retired to the quiet of rural Nebraska to contemplate nature.
Typing down thoughts, prefer that to handwriting.
Not really a collector, just like to tinker on mechanical things.
