Description:
This machine was bought from me by a primary school teacher who will be using it for a project on WWII for groep 8 students (equivalent to 6th grade).
The machine seems to be an anomaly as it still has the 1st gen body style, while it was made well into the 2nd gen period. It does, however, have a few 2nd gen parts, such as the square feet, and the cover plate above the segment.

I'm Marty Morren. I collect typewriters since 2016 and own 64 as of 2021. Most of my machines are from the '20s and '30s.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Royal P on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Royal Serial Number page and the Royal P By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
