Description:
I got this alligator red 1930 Royal P during Covid times... so 2020? Early 2021? It was from the Malvern/Sugartown area of Pennsylvania. Given its incredible shape, I thought I'd save it as an "heirloom" machine. That is, until I realized that it had a broken ribbon vibrator. So up into storage it went, until 2023 when I was able to source a replacement vibrator from the good folks at Philly Typewriter. So now it is back up and running as it should!

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Royal P on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Royal Serial Number page and the Royal P By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
