This machine is in very good condition. I've always wanted to own a Hammond. With this machine I have fulfilled a long-awaited collector's dream. The Hammond multiplex is, in my opinion, the best Hammond because you can use two fonts on one machine. To exchange the typeshuttle, they lift the anvil and rotate it 180°, then the other type shuttle types the characters on the paper. Of course, you can also remove the type shuttles completely from the ambos and exchange them for another type of shutter or another language. And that's what fascinates me so much about this typewriter. It's incredibly multi-sided.

I bought this Hammond multiplex folding 26 from another collector. This machine is in very good condition. I've always wanted to own a Hammond.
