Description:
I found this at an antique show. The previous owner had no idea how to properly lock the carriage (pressing in the knob on the right), and so could only get the lid to fit by forcing it. Consequently, the interior of the lid is very torn up. The rubber feet, rubber grommets, and feed rollers all needed to be replaced. The platen could use a replacement, but wasn't in as poor of condition as the feed rollers, which were all flattened on one side and prevented paper from advancing. I replaced them with heat shrink, so now the paper will advance. Unfortunately, the diameter of the new feed rollers is too large, so the paper release no longer functions as even in the released position it holds the paper tight.

I'm new to collecting, but have acquired enough machines that I thought I should probably register them here.
