Description:
Only the rest of an index typewriter. I bought it for nearly nothing as junk with many missing parts just for stripping it off for some useful parts as springs, screws, levers, bobbins and the type cylinder (D 4 Pica 10 pitch, which wasn't in my collection before).
What you see are the poor remains of a once proud machine. RIP.

Collector with typewriter virus living in Austria. Fourty years ago typewriters were only standard office equipment for me. I was really glad to get my first but simple word processors in the early Eighties with delete, copy/paste and whatever wonderful functions. This fascination is over. Now I have returned to real mechanics.
