Description:
I purchased this Royal 10 from a nice lady in Lansdowne, PA in February 2022. It was one of her mother's, who was going into a retirement home. I bought an entire lot based upon her descriptions, which turned out to be a mistake. This machine, like the others in the lot, were all absolutely wrecked, and not worth half of what I offered. But I couldn't go back on my offer. The Royal was perhaps the worst of the bunch: the segment was rusted and frozen completely solid: worse than any machine I've ever worked on. It took months of flushing and penetrants to get it working again, on top of replacing the drawband and cleaning out the whole thing from top to bottom. They're great machines of course, but this one sort of wore out its welcome with me.
