Description:
This gorgeous Orga Privat came from the apartment of Peter and Tikva Tytell on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in October, 2024. It needed some TLC, including a thorough cleaning, new drawband, and the platen was (and is) chalked-up and rock hard. Still, it cleaned up very nicely and is now an exceptionally snappy little typer! I also found it interesting that it had four little metal spike anchors into the wooden base.
