Description:
I got this 1918 Noiseless 4 at an estate sale in Edison, New Jersey in June of 2017. It had been in a musty, moldy basement for many years. It took me quite a while (5 months) to get it all un-stuck and working again. The escapement was especially problematic. Still, to this day it is one of my favorite machines.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Noiseless 4 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Noiseless Serial Number page and the Noiseless 4 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
