Description:
This machine came to me from a friend in functional, but very dirty condition. Possibly the sturdiest machine I own. It weighs a ton. The paint has lost most of its lustre, and has an alligator-skin appearance in some spots. Nevertheless I greatly enjoy it; and it’s a blast to use.

I am a young typewriter collector, based in Canada; I caught the bug when I came across a 1926 Underwood Standard No. 3 in an antique store, and was never able to get the darn thing out of my head. Since then, my collection has been rapidly growing. I especially like older machines, and I prefer restoring rough machines over hunting for perfect examples.
