Description:
A nice 1915 Corona 3 with the coveted "Rest" key. Purchased from the Upper West Side apartment of Peter and Tikva Tytell in October of 2024. Interesting that it has the redesigned body frame with the scooped-out back panel. Also: the three-position color selector, and the one-sided ribbon vibrator, all of which seem to have lasted for only a few months in 1915, judging by some of the similar (and different) models listed here on the database.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Corona 3 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Corona Serial Number page and the Corona 3 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
