Beautiful Remington 10 Standard! The first Visible Remington!

This machine took a lot of work to get it typing as you see it in the video below. The R and T keys still have a spacing problem that we couldn't quite fix.

The graphics on this machine are excellent but it takes quite a lot of force to type on it! A great workout until you get used to it.

It's awesome to type on a 100 year old machine!

Closer view of the keyboard. A previous owner painted the tabular keys red, which adds to the character!

Note the return bar on the right. This takes some getting used to.

With the paper tray flopped forward to see the complex tabular bar. This bar rotates to 4 positions for different tab combinations.

Note the different feet. When we received this machine one of the feet had been broken off. We found a rubber stopper that was a similar size then ground it down to fit the hole.

The serial number which looks to have been hand stamped. I can just imagine the craftsman doing it over 100 years ago!
