Description:
Factory Rebuilt Remington Standard 10. Fully functional. Came with 3 keys that were disconnected, bell not working, and no feet. I got it all fixed.
UPDATE: Thanks to some helpful fellow typewriter hunters on Typewriter Talk, I have found out this is a factory rebuilt machine, most likley sent to the factory to be rebuilt and painted in the 40s, to look more "modern" for the time. Still the first model 10 I have seen like this.

First one.... Then another.... Now 20!
The typewriter bug. A very terrible thing.
(Actually, its a great thing (: )
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Remington 10 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Remington Serial Number page and the Remington 10 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
