Description:
Spied this at another antique store that I frequent. It didn't work and I thought it might be good for parts for my Standard 10; however, at $65 it was considerably out of reach. Not the worst price I have ever seen, though. If I could get it cheaper I would be interested.
I noticed after I got home the interesting keyboard; no '0' key and the period and slash share the same key. There were also several 'extra' fraction keys.
Also, it seems to have real glass top keys.
Did not look for the serial number.

I started collecting typewriters several years ago and it started with a late 1960s Smith-Corona Sterling portable that I got as a gift.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Remington 10 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Remington Serial Number page and the Remington 10 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
