Hammond type 12 Ideal keyboard. My second type 12 with the Ideal keyboard. With the original instruction paper, almost fully intact, all text is visible.

Front of the case. Sadly, only some traces of the Hammond branding are left. Case is shiny, after being cleaned with a solution of olive oil and vinegar, and wiped with wood oil. Smells like lemons.
