With its elongated front end and business in the back end, The Daugherty Visible is the Jaguar E-Type of the typewriter world. However, it is also because of this very design that allows the typebars to wobble in excess each time they make their long journey towards the platen. Thus, what should have been a very successful model, in the end, fell short.
