Description:
I found this beat up 1893 Caligraph 2 in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania in the summer of 2018, at an antique shop/flea market that was housed in an old church next to a small cemetery, where I took some of these pre-renovation pictures. At that time, it was my first and only Caligraph. It was missing a capital Q and lowercase d keys--which I rebuilt out of wood dowel rods--as well as a missing bell and busted mainspring, which I replaced. Beyond the layers of rust and grime, it wasn't in terribly bad shape.
