The machine is quite solid and comfortable to use. I think this era of machines is probably the last of the truly "Royal" Royals. Other than cosmetic damage, the only real issue is that it's missing it's case.

Garage sale find. It types quite well and all functions work normally, though the on-feet needs a slight adjustment and the Magic Margin springs seem to be quite weak. The machine is quite solid and comfortable to use. I think this era of machines is probably the last of the truly "Royal" Royals.
