I'm the mom of a new typist. She has just bought her first typewriter, per our research here, a 1965 Remington Super Riter Standard. She is having a few small issues and is hoping to fix those and actually use this typewriter regularly. I am hoping to get her an electric typewriter like I learned on in the 90s so she can type faster. :) We are here to learn. But she may also be hooked on finding old typewriters now.
