Retired VA Clinical Social Worker on a mission to restore vintage radios, typewriters, furniture and other artifacts from when the world still made sense. Too much stuff is just tossed out instead of being restored or repurposed and appreciated. Vintage artifacts are good for your spirit and can provide grounding in a world gone crazy. Sometimes I sell the artifacts I save from the trash, sometimes I just hang them on the walls. My wife and I are addicted to flea markets, garage sales, auctions and large garbage days in upscale neighborhoods.
