I'd requested a Godrej typewriter with a script typeface (since I don't own any script machines) from my local typewriter repairman who used to be one of Godrej's certified repairmen and dealers. He previously owned a Prima with a script typeface but had sold it a while ago. He managed to get a newer model of the machine and replaced the typebars with a different set of script typebars and prepared the machine in this gallery.
It's has an easily removable carriage and the softest platen I've ever seen considering how new it is compared to every other typewriter in my collection.
This has become my standard (pun intended) machine for typing. Weighs 15 kgs and requires a dedicated desk.
Note: Serial number is located on the left-front side of the carriage rail.

I'm a young(er) typewriter nut who doggedly pursued and waited for the day I'd buy a Smith-Corona to write with. The hobby is gradually becoming an obsession with newer members coming in :)
