Description:
A nice, small and quiet thermal typewriter. Even though the cartridges are not easy to find, it can print directly on thermal paper (till rolls, or fax machine paper).
This is the Italian variant of the machine, which came in various keyboard flavours; but I have modified it (3 diodes) to make it a US layout. The mod is reversible and can yield any of the available layout my moving or removing the diodes around.

I got my first typewriter when I was a child, one of the kid's plastic ones, but was not satisfied.
I moved on the first real one, a portable Silver-Reed Silverette S, which I still own today, and use once in a while.
