This Olympia Monica is from the Faroe Islands wich has been under the Danish crown. This is why it has a danish keeboard - with a single letter in old nordic. The slade is wide so it can take an A4 sheet in landscape (papersize 21x29,7 cm). The roller is 31 cm. wide. I bought it on the 4th August 2019 (my wifes birthday) at Marketplace on facebook - and the price was DKR. 200,- = US Dollar 30,-

I look back to the roots of my youth, where I used typewriters in school. Now I've decided to pick up on interesting typewriters. I live in Denmark, have a past as an advertising photographer - but have an administrative job now. I like that things should not go so fast, and here the typewriter gives you time to think about what's going down on the paper. I love the art of typing.
