Description:
This is a decent ultraportable. The typeface is nice, type-feel is unremarkable, which is a good thing. The metal body is sturdy but not clunky. The vanilla-shake color on smooth metal is appealing.
I removed the flaky correcting tape--it is a nice feature but can get messy.

Typewriter user since childhood--"Endofthehall Press" (produced a magazine for my big sister, I did) and avid hunter for many years. Partial to portables/ultraportables, but do love my standard models too. I use my typewriters for letters, recipes, lists, stories, pondering, and in art/fabric creations.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Sears Correction on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Sears Serial Number page and the Sears Correction By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
