Massive. Scored this colossal typer on craigslist for $20. It does not return all the way when the "Return" key is pressed, but I have no idea how to fix it.

It has been months, and I still don't even know where to start in fixing this.. it just keeps jamming the return in the same spots and I have to press the key 8 times before it returns all the way... any suggestions?
