Description:
This typewriter was my 18th birthday present, hence I have the receipt, box & original manual. I recently dug it out form the back of a cupboard & when I opened it up a screw fell out! I put the screw back, cleaned it up, bought a new ribbon & it works as well as ever.
I must have used it more than I remember as the keytips are quite worn. I doubt if I'd used it since the late 1980s.
