Description:
Purchased via Ebay, this typewriter is right in my wheelhouse. The 1977 Olympia Traveller de Luxe. I was in high school then, undoubtedly learning to type; a skill I dropped as soon as I left with my sheepskin. My only regret on this critter is, the paper support is broken off. Types beautifully, and I really like the design- very dissimilar to other portables of the time. I overpaid for this one, but I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for a similar machine with an intact paper support at a reasonable price.
