Got this in relatively beat-up shape, hence the repaint, but it's still functioning. I'm uncertain of the age, given the information here conflicting with the sellers claim it's from the 1960's.

I was born after the decline of the age of manual typewriters, and I prefer the term "typewriter user" to "typewriter collector"--not because I'm not a collector, but because I initially used typewriters because they allowed me to be a more productive writer. Since 2010 I've acquired about a dozen machines, both electric and manual, but I've never possessed more than 3 or 4 at a time. My current interest is in East German machines.
