1972 Triumph Gabriele 25 Serial # 4927626 1972 Triumph Gabriele 25 typewriter, Serial # 4927626 Erwin vanD's 1972 Triumph Gabriele 25 typewriter. 2025-03-29 From the Virtual Typewriter Collection of Erwin vanD: 1972 Triumph Gabriele 25 Serial # 4927626 This 1972 Triumph Gabriele 25 looks like she has just left the factory.
Hardly ever used, some typefaces have probably just left a mark at the quality check before leaving the factory. This machine is near mint, some minor scuffs at the rear corners, caused by placing the cover over the backside.
Oil inside stil fluid, probably factory, but needs to be changed. No dust to be found at al. Chrome is shiny. You can still hear that the machine hasnā€™t been run in, there is no wear.
At first I couldnā€™t find the serial number but after looking at some galleries here I discovered that I was not the only one. I did find a different number, used by some other members here for their Gabriele 25, only to discover that it was a parts number with the Adler logo on it from the main frame of the machine. The serial number is hidden at the left, under the carriage on the frame inside.
I was very lucky to have been able to buy this machine, and was stunned by the original retail price.
The tag still on the machine, 484 dutch guilders was enough to pay the rent for six months back in 1972.

Hello,
Typerwriterfan from the Netherlands, recently bought a few typewriters again and started cleaning and adjusting them.
I haven't touched a typewriter in a long time, but it's fun working with them again.
This is a great database and I will try to contribute too.

Have a nice day,
