Description:
I love the way this machine looks, too bad it doesn't type very well. It arrived with the connecting arm between the vibrator and typebars severed which led to a few hours of reattaching and reconfiguring the vibrator rise height. Still not perfect, but the best I've managed so far. Platen is hard as a rock and has deep channels from repeated striking.

I'm a high school English teacher. Whenever I have to teach my students how to format a paper, I unleash a flock of Charger 11's at them! (they love it). I am most interested in the Brother brand, but I dabble in any and all machines.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Royal (Silver-Seiko) Apollo 10 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Royal (Silver-Seiko) Serial Number page and the Royal (Silver-Seiko) Apollo 10 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
