Description:
Sleek Italian design with all plastic body which I don't mind at all. Has the European 11 cpi typeface which I like too. This allegedly has the same innards as a Lettera 32. Lacks the #1 key and exclamation key. Typing action is VG and this typewriter is one of my best!

Retired. Have been a Photography geek for many years...old school film. Also have been an audiophile and have been collecting vinyl before it became fashionable. Accidently(?) began collecting typewriters in the early1980's...I had four by 2006. After I inherited my mothers Hermes 3000 in 2017 my interest really took off and now I have 28 typewriters in total. The majority of my collection are Smith Corona's largely because they are plentiful, easy to work on and are very good typers.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Olivetti Studio 45 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Olivetti Serial Number page and the Olivetti Studio 45 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
