Description:
This was my first typewriter. Bought at a flea market for a few pennies, it gave birth to a great passion for this world. It has a small flaw, every now and then it hits a double space while I write. I'm trying to solve it, but if I write something not very important I can use it without problems. I really like its 70s design, even though it is quite heavy for a portable machine.

I am a typewriter hunter and collector.
I love going to second-hand markets to find typewriters to valorize. I want each of my typewriters to be functional, as I use them to actually write every day. I collect Olivetti and other Italian brands, but I like all kinds of typewriter.
I'm (slowly) adding my collection to the database.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Olivetti Lettera 35 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Olivetti Serial Number page and the Olivetti Lettera 35 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
