Yes, this is one of those plastic Hungarian-made 3000s. And for the great price of $150....
I hadn't seen a blue one before. It doesn't really justify that price, though.
UPDATE:
I had assumed that all plastic 3Ks were Hungarian, but after looking at my own its appears these blue ones are French.
