Description:
This script Tippa features some design changes for the typeface. The most notable is the ribbon selector, which is missing the red option. This is because the typeface is to high to use a black/red ribbon. Another change is the 1-key, which is necessary because the L-key can not be used to make a 1.
Late version with improved line spacing lever and escapement. Key action and build quality are not as good as with German Tippa's from the 1960s.

I live in The Netherlands.
Most common typewriter brands over here are Triumph/Adler, Olympia, Erika, Olivetti, Remington and Brother.
I collect and restore typewriters to learn about their design and to write with them.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Adler Tippa on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Adler Serial Number page and the Adler Tippa By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
