Description:

Lois Lane. Purchased May 2021 from a yard sale in Fairfax, VA. Rehabbed by Dennis Buck. Nice machine. Given away in a drawing at an after-hours Fairfax City Library event 9.11.2026. It went to a lady who had used a typewriter to type her masters thesis back in the day. She was thrilled to take it home although she though her husband might not be as thrilled! #Smith-Corona #grey #teal #usa #Super_Sterling #1970s

Started collecting in March 2021 when an Olympia SM3 caught my eye at a thrift store. By May 2021, I was up to nine. By September 2021, my husband jumped in to the pool with both feet and our collection grew to 37. Phew. By October 2022 we had 64. In 2023 we began attending and hosting events where we can share our collection with the community and other collectors. We've sold or given away over 40. Good times.
