Description:
Neverending expanses of white, mountain-like size, solid as the heart of an iceberg...
All of these describe this top quality typewriter which has been pretty well looked after. During its working years it had been periodically checked and lubricated, and after retirement it has been stored and well protected. Thus, I got it in perfect working condition, except for a thirst for oil.
It can be a bit boring to use because everything works so well, but itĀ“s not like other flawless typewriters. This one works great, but itĀ“s not brutal as the Torpedo 20, not devilishly fast as the Olivetti Linea 98, not full of personality as the black oldies... Then, somewhat boring. But excellent.

The first typewriter I saw was my grandpa´s Olivetti Linea 98 at the office. It was just a curio for me. Then I was given a Nakajima, which I didn´t use and my grandfather took it from me because it was easier to handle than the bulky Linea 98. Now I own that typewriter, and I started a little collection in Valladolid, Spain. The Nakajima, which is "my" typewriter only returned home in 2017, almost 20 years later, when he wanted a better typewriter.
A collection that started small grew into something bigger, a nuisace for my family and a great source of satisfaction for me.
