Description:

Japanese "drum-type" typewriter manufactured by Toshiba in the 1960s-70s. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. There seems to be something holding the keys from typing any text, whether in romaji, kanji, hiragana or katakana.

I'm an archaeologist who writes heritage books and collects Japanese ceramics as well as quite a number of typewriters that I've acquired through purchase or as gifts over the last 10 years in the Philippines as well as in the US and Japan.
