Description:
Pica. Not the best quality machine, the type bars are quite loose in the segment, and very easy to bend, and everything feels quite cheaply made. This results in alignment "moving": the same word, typed several times, will not look the same, some characters will be lower or higher. And the `L` is especially badly aligned.
It's quite a loud typer, and the feel is not very crisp, although it can be quite fun to type on. The platen though still has a lot of life in it.
Sold on eBay to make room for a Remington QuietRiter

Software engineer by day, and typewriter newbie by night.
I got my first typewriter when I was a child, one of the kid's plastic ones, but was not satisfied.
I moved on the first real one, a portable Silver-Reed Silverette S, which I still own today, and use once in a while.
