Description:
This near-mint condition Spanish made Olivetti Ventura deserved a home in LA. Though she features a plastic body, unlike earlier metal-bodied Letteras, she still types as well as anything I’ve owned. The shape of the keys, with their subtle finger indentations, makes for an even better typing experience than the quintessential Lettera 22, with her sometimes slippery flattop circular keys. I’ve already made plans to gift this out to a friend of mine, but I got to admit, it’s not going to be easy letting this beauty go!

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Olivetti Ventura on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Olivetti Serial Number page and the Olivetti Ventura By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
