Description:
Either the user/owner of this typewriter was inside a smoke-filled room or he/she smoked herself. For this typewriter reeked of nicotine and had the yellowish color all over it to show. It took me over an hour to just remove the "nicotine" film all over this typewriter. But there are sections inside that I could no longer reach. Also, this typewriter seemed to have been drenched in oil so that I had to remove gunks of it. But I enjoyed cleaning it up a bit. Still, the dirt and grime shows.

I'm an archaeologist who writes heritage books and collects Japanese ceramics as well as quite a number of typewriters that I've acquired through purchase or as gifts over the last 10 years in the Philippines as well as in the US and Japan.
