Description:
I love this machine! I've been recently dipping a tow into standards after years of only dealing with portables. I took a gamble and bought this on eBay, but the seller was very obliging and packed it tightly and immobilized the carriage as I requested, and the result is a new daily for me. This is the machine that has sold standards to me as a machine to get over a portable. I totally get it now. Plus, in a weird way I find this machine beautiful, it's like a 60's flair on the original No. 5 design, and I can get behind that.

I'm a high school English teacher. Whenever I have to teach my students how to format a paper, I unleash a flock of Charger 11's at them! (they love it). I am most interested in the Brother brand, but I dabble in any and all machines.
