Description:
The Royal Sprite is a sturdy machine and a fun typer. Identical models were sold as the Marksman and Swinger -- the latter included a built-in AM radio. (Collectors say the Sprite also sometimes included a radio, but I've never seen evidence that a Sprite ever did.) The Sprite is more common than the Marksman or Swinger.
In the early seventies, the Sprite sold for $54.88 (advertisement in the Milwaukee Journal, Dec. 11, 1973).
