Description:
Elite typeface. Acquired in March 2021; since then it's become a workhorse typewriter. It's fast and snappy enough to keep up with my typing speed (which ain't nothing: I've been clocked at 100+ wpm on a computer); I'd say it's the fasted portable I own. Add to that the superb alignment. Very little wrong with this machine.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Adler J4 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Adler Serial Number page and the Adler J4 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
