I plugged it in to test it there, and it just seemed like it needed some cleaning and exercise, third red flag, so home it came. It lasted one or two more on-off cycles before the motor went completely unresponsive, and now I'm scared to work on it. I've decided to sell it as a parts machine, which is sad because I do like the aesthetics of this fine lady.

I plugged it in to test it there, and it just seemed like it needed some cleaning and exercise, third red flag, so home it came. It lasted one or two more on-off cycles before the motor went completely unresponsive, and now I'm scared to work on it. I've decided to sell it as a parts machine, which is sad because I do like the aesthetics of this fine lady.

Storage compartment on the back for changeable types, a very neat feature in my opinion. I believe the left portion would hold things like white out strips or brushes for the writer to use.

Type slugs - it's a real shame I was never able to get this machine working as it has Presidential Elite #77 type slugs, which would have been a lovely contrast from all my standard picas and elites.
