Description:
The Corsair was a machine that I learned for since I began collecting, and seeing this one sitting on a table at a flea market and marked the finale of my "juvenile era" as a collector in my eyes.
Anyway, it typed ok, nothing crazy, standard fare for a Smith-Corona, good as to be expected. I decided to sell it in time for Christmas, and it was bought by a woman wanting to gift it to her mother. I hope she enjoys it.

I'm a relatively new collector hunting for anything inexpensive that I can get my hands on, functionality being a second thought. I have to learn somehow, right!?
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Smith Corona Corsair on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Smith Corona Serial Number page and the Smith Corona Corsair By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
