Description:
Local sale. Very dirty, but intact and nice carry case.
Elite 66 typeface. Rubber parts pretty good.
No alignment needed, could use a new ribbon.
Fairly smooth and easy typing, slightly heavier than expected.
Overall nice, fully functional, cleaned well.
Not surprised that these sold in great numbers.
My personal preference is to avoid longer carriage machines, just prefer more compact types.
BTW, the usable width of platen measures exactly 11 3/4 inches.

Retired to the quiet of rural Nebraska to contemplate nature.
Typing down thoughts, prefer that to handwriting.
Not really a collector, just like to tinker on mechanical things.
