Description:
No, your eyes are not deceiving you. Lenore here has had a little "surface work" done. She decided that she no longer wanted to be blue, her factory color, and instead chose this lovely shade of raspberry. Lenore has a lovely cursive typeface. She came into my collection via JotTittleTypewriters on Etsy.

My love affair with typewriters started in 2012. I walked into a secondhand shop and found a Turquoise Royal Quiet De Luxe. It was love at first sight. Although it was a fair price it was still out of my budget. For the next few years I would only dream of having one of my very own. In 2014 I finally purchased my first typewriter and in 2019 I finally added a Royal Turquoise Quiet De Luxe to my collection. I name each typewriter and have been known to post about them on social media. I am a visual artist and use typewritten words in some of my artworks.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Royal Aristocrat on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Royal Serial Number page and the Royal Aristocrat By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
